I will not use any other storage than secured storage. They are very helpful and understanding, I was moving some items out of my unit this weekend, and with all the confusing I forgot to put the latch back on. First thing Monday morning i received a phone from Melissa who was very understanding, and offered many different solutions. She offered to put one of their latchs on my unit until i could get there to put my lock back ion it. This is the exact reason why i do business with loyal businesses.
